I've done both and nothing works. I have had them work before. I had to
change/renew my apple password and it hasn't worked since then.

I'm having the following issue. Songs won't play in many of my playlists and
I have to start the shuffle process again. When I go to the playlist
manually within itunes, The affected songs error as not found but when I
click them again, they play. I can then play them normally but I have to do

I had the same problem. I found the way to fix it, I had mp3tag creat the
full path to where the mp3 files are located.
