Hello Amy, I was able to get the app to take a picture of a single document. At that time, it did not play any text and I could not close it with a two finger scrub or double tapping on the back button so I closed the app from the app switcher. Now, I am experiencing the same issue; however, for

I updated to v9.0/1 and got a new 6s. KNFB reader didn't download despite repeated requests, so I deleted and re-installed. If I go to take a picture, the app closes and the focus changes to "wallet" which is on the same page of apps as KNFB reader. Suggestions? Others have same experience?
