For the most part, the apps will work universally. MBraille will work, but
Brille touch will not.

Hi,
As long as you sign in with the same Apple ID you used to buy apps before,
you'll be able to either get them by restoring from an iTunes backup or
download them again. BrailleTouch doesn't work with the iPad, but MBraille does.
