Check out Lilypond or ABC. Both are music notation systems. I doubt they have
iOS apps, but you can write in the notation, then create the PDF on the
computer. I'm sure there are example files on the Internet you can read.

Is there a way to say read the sheet musiac of something with voiceover? I know
there is with Windows, but it seems it's a costly piece of software. I'd like
to be able to read the pdf or xml files or mjci already available not ready to
create my own yet. Thank you.
