landscaped, or back without the orientation being locked. If you want to read
from the very top

you didn't get any result because your gesture is wrong.
If you want read from top of page you should sweep to fingers down to top.
If you want stop VoiceOver reading, you put two fingers on the screan.

The only thing I can suggest is to practice with VO practice. I'm not saying
you don't know how, but even I sometimes go into the practice mode. It helps!
