Good morning, all. I have a 5th gen ipod. I've been using it with skull candy earbuds. Over time, three sets of these have stopped working in the Ipod. They continue to work in my phone, and in my computer, but not in the pod. The headphone jack itself does not seem to be damaged as apple earbuds work just fine when plugged in. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing such bizarre behavior?
If it does have to do with the Skull Candy earbuds, does anyone know of a similar brand? I have a hard time with the shape of the apple earbuds. I need something that will actually go inside my ear, which the apple buds do not. Thanks for any help you can offer.
