If you are using Apple TV 4th generation and 4K remotes then using SIRI you
activate VoiceOver.
VoiceOver can also be turned on using Siri. Just hold the Siri button on
your remote, and then say “Turn VoiceOver on,” or “Turn VoiceOver off.”
To move between previous and next item simply
/support/tv/apple-tv-guide-narration/
