You should be able to view the extras for movies with the TV app,
which is now on all iOS devices by default. I purchased the movie Elf
a few years ago, and if I go to TV then the Library tab, I can find
the movie and can then choose between watching the movie or several
different extras/bonus feat
Have you tried to call Apple Accessibility to see if they can explain to you
how to access this content?
