Well, as it turned out, after about 3 hours of adjustments and testing, I was
finally, finally able to get the audio labels from Digit Eyes to print
correctly.
So, here is the problem: Some years back, Digit Eyes began out sourcing the
barcode generation of the labels to Google.
Personally, I've not had any trouble with the section index. However, if it is
not working correctly for you then you can accomplish the same thing using the
search feature in contacts. Just double tap it and put the first one or two
letters in and you should see results associated with those
I don't understand what you mean. If you are using it in the contact app,
where should it put you?

I don't know what NFB is doing with Newsline and KNFB Reader. It has been in
beta for almost a year I think.
They never, ever, ever, respond to feedback. Maybe they are still suckering
people into buying the $100 version of KNFB Reader so don't want to make the
free version that is

I do know that the computer mic can pick up the VoiceOver speech as I teach
