Hi John, As far as I know such an app does not exist and while it may not be impossible to do, I am not sure if Apple gives developers this much control over the hardware. Basically the app would have to take over the microphone which of course is used by the Phone app while you are on a call

Listening to football on the TV is a waste of time. You hear the croud cheer and the announcer says would you look at that! He's up to the 27 yard line. That was one heck of a run. You don't hear thing one about how the team lines up etc. For me, watching NFL football on TV is useless.
