Apple kills off iPod Nano and Shuffle: USA Today
It marks the end of an era: Apple has officially (and quietly) killed off
the iPod Nano and the iPod Shuffle, leaving just the iPod Touch as the only
remaining version of the company's iconic portable music players. "Today, we
are simplifying our
Hi Jen & Jim
I'm going to answer Jen's question first. The red heart suit can be found in
the symbols category. It is emoji 1181 & can be found a few above the clock

Jim, the hand gestures emojis are
That speaking bar will allow sighted people to have selections of text read
to them. They don't need to deal with VoiceOver which is far more
complicated. I haven't had to deal with it for quite some time. However, if
memory serves, you need to go to seettings, general, accessibility, speech.

Hello folks,
I hope someone can help me from going insane.
Not sure how, or why, but all of a sudden, in the past couple days, this
button called expand speaking bar keeps coming on my screen and I can't get
rid of it.
Please, does anyone know what this is, and how I can kick it off my
I am also wondering where you find the one that comes up white heart suit and

Good morning,
I have a question about using some emoticons, especially in texts.
I have the emoticon keyboard, and I see all the categories, such as smileys and
such. But, there are a few that are commonly used that I don't see, and
dictating them doesn't seem to work.
For instance, where do I
Another option for audio would be TuneIn Radio Premium, which is $8
monthly. It gives you access to all teams and games, from pre-season
through the Super Bowl. I used it last year and am going to reactivate
my subscription in a few days for the upcoming season. You can also

Hello,
I have had some luck by turning off the light/flash first before
trying to read the LCD display. I think the automatic light is
brighter than the LCD display and therefore, It washes out and can't

Yes, I've used that app in the past; was just curious about this one.

I think it's difficult to say if it's too complicated before you use it and get
used to it.
You can describe many things in a way which may sound complicated so I'll just
wait and see how it is once I have it.

Hi Denise,
Are you sure these are M4R ringtones and not MP3?
Otherwise what are the steps you follow to sync them to your phone?
Kliphton, you can't make a playlist, but all the ringtones you add to the tones
library in iTunes are there in an easy to navigate listview and you can check

As Michael said, a money identifier channel is apparently being developed and
will be added in a future update.
For now just use the Nand Money Reader app, it uses the back camera and you
just have to hold the bill in front of the camera for a second and it will tell
you what it is.

All I can say is that Seeing AI reads text on my laptop and my 24 inch LCD
screen at work just fine using the short text channel.
However, I just tried it on a thermostat for my in-floor heating and it read
some text, but did not seem to read the display. When I took a picture with Tap

I've read on this group or another group that people have been successful in
getting the app to identify money but I've tried using all the channels with no
success.

I don't think the short app can actually read money. Because they're working on
coming out with an actual money reader app soon.

Hi. Are you talking about NFL Sunday ticket? If so, your message didn’t really
make a lot of sense. You can only purchase it if you have DirecTV as a
satellite provider. They do have an iPhone and iPad app, but it requires you to
pay $300 for their max package unless things have changed
You could just go to the ring tones section of iTunes, delete them all out,
update your library, and then start importing them. What sucks about ring
tones is you can’t make a play list of them, and just sync them when ready. I
guess you could just put the ones you like in to a folder, and

Hi All,
We've uploaded tutorial 4 of our 3D audio experience series.
This one deals with more advanced audio, including filtering, effects and
positioning of those effects nodes. You probably never heard Alex talk like
this, but this is the whole point of the tutorial.
