Have you tried to raise the volume when the phone is on speaker? Often when you get Voiceover and such on the headphone and not on the speaker it's because speaker volume and headphone volume are independent from each other. Your speaker volume may simply have dropped to 0%. I would try to

Hi all, running the latest update of iOS 11 is anyone noticing that when going through a message thread on iOS, VO doesn't stay focused on the message option in the rotor. But rather defaults to the actions option instead? I'm using the default mail app. Anyone know of a fix for this?
