Why do you want to sign in to an Echo with your Google Account. You need to
sign in with your Amazon email address and password, I guess if that is the
same as your Google email and password so be it, but if you bought an Amazon
Echo you need to use your Amazon account with it.

OK, so i just got the amazon echo plus. I installed the alexa app.

I did more research short of calling Apple and there is no way to change the
sending text sound, only the sound when you receive a text.
You can set a send mail that is separate from the receive mail, but text
messages only have the ability to customize the receiving sound.
