Open the Watch app on your phone and choose General, then Accessibility, then
VoiceOver. You'll find a Screen Curtain toggle on that page.

Watch. The Watch app on the phone says brightness is 50%, so it
would seem to me it has to be screen curtain. How do I turn screen
curtain off on the watch???
