Just curious, if you open the activity app on your phone and swipe, you will come to Sunday, swipe one more time and it will tell you the percentage of each of your 3 rings. What does it say for your exercise ring? I am thinking that it might say the correct percentage for your exercise ring.

When I look at activity on the phone, it says work out, 59 minutes. The stinkin' watch says exercise 17%. My exercise goal is 30 minutes. My husband with the same setttings after the same exercise session, has 175% on the watch. I will try re-pairing. Hope it helps. At 12:53 PM 8/26/202
