Phillo or Sling TV

Hi All: I'm thinking of switching from ATT TV streaming which is usable on Apple TV over iphone. to either Phillo or Sling. ATT went up on price and Phillo and Sling are cheaper. I'd use on my Apple TV, phone, or my future Roku. So which do you guys like better? Which is more usable? -- The
