I did not get Kay's original post, but after reading Richard's, and now Mark's 
posts, I added something to my cart that I was thinking of buying,  then 
deleted it when I decided I did not want it right now. Both functions worked as 
they should on this SE 2, running 15.4.1. My experience over the years is that 
when something doesn't work, it is often some internet problem somewhere, maybe 
on their end, maybe some internet switch or whatever between here and there, 
who knows. This type problem happens less frequently now than in the past, but 
it still crops up ocasionally.  I try not to get too excited when it doesn't 
work the first time. But if it still doesn't work in a few minutes, or 
sometimes  hours, or especially the next day, time to get upset.

I just read your post.

Today I tried to use the Amazon app, which is how I do all my Amazon 
shopping.  I tried to click the add to cart button and all I get is my phone
