When I transitioned from the 4s to the 5s, all I had to learn, which wasn't
really anything to learn, was how to use touch ID. It was a breeze to set up
and use. It would probably be the same for the 6s, which i may transition to
next after the 5s.

The "home" app is the hub for managing homekit devices. I simply removed it in
the very first, and I mean very first, non-public, beta of iOS 10, as I have no
homekit devices and was simply not interested.
