you, I am in full agreement with what you have said. If we leave it to
individuals like those who have offered to convert it
VoiceOver would be heard, since on a regular phone call,

I agree as one who is totally blind that this is impossible. If the chat
function is being used whilst voiceover is on hearing who is entering the room
or leaving it, hearing notes being passed between people within the room all
get in the way of me hearing the speaker and I've left meetings
