Problem with my phone dropping calls

I am having a lot of problems lately with my i-phone dropping calls. I've powered it down a couple of times and did a factory reset. I've closed out all aps. My wifi signal is good. I'm using an iphone SE3. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Are there any other settings I should check?
