I think that's something that sighted people like to use so that they can 
glance at the screen when an alert comes in. I've always had mine off.

Hello, I am wondering if this is new behavior, in the Phone App, under recent 
calls.
I had called a hotel, so, I wanted to add it to my contacts.
I went into recent calls, tapped the More Info button expecting the contacts 
screen to open.
Wow! Was I surprised to find all kinds of reviews, maps, other info about the 
hotel, and finally, the Create new Contact.
I had never had this  happen before, it was a bit jarring, but not unpleasant, 
just unexpected.
Is this new?
