ago and it is very useful for relieving stress. It is very simple and except
for seeing the picture on the screen it seems completely accessible.

Best breathing app out there

ability to manually change breathing rate midsession. Slowing down too much and
you can't take a breath that deep? Just raise the rate a little. Getting really
relaxed and want to go slower than the app is going? Just lower the rate.
This one extremely important feature allows you to adapt the app to YOUR
breathing throughout the session, making it a truly relaxing experience instead
of a struggle to keep up with the cues the way it is with so many other apps.

Best Meditation/Guided Breathing App

the App Store high and low for the best meditation and guided breathing apps
and this is it. I like that it's not overly complicated and that you can
successfully use the app in just minutes to relax and relieve stress. I remember
the first time I used this program it made me feel so high and I started
cracking up laughing I felt so good. I couldn't believe I had found something
that relaxed me so well as I'm normally very tense.

Couldn't meditate without it

I'm new to meditation and my mind just goes wild. After using this app for 3
minutes, a 10 minute mediation doesn't seem impossible. I use it before every
meditation session for 3 minutes to get down to 5 bpm. It makes controlling
your breathing a 1000 times easier. I hate paying for apps but I highly
recommend
this one.
