Re: If Passcode is ennabled and screen curtain is on, is the Emergency button on the Passcode screen viewable by sighted helpers?
No. Screen curtain makes the screen totally blank, a bit like a window looking blank when the curtain is closed. Re: If Passcode is ennabled and screen curtain is on, is the Emergency button on the Passcode screen viewable by sighted helpers?
Hello, to get to emergency press the home key. This will awake the phone. Now don’t touch the home key again just tap the unlock button. Now you are where you normally enter your pass code. Up the top of this screen in the middle there is an emergency button. After pressing this you can then call your emergency number. Max. Re: If Passcode is ennabled and screen curtain is on, is the Emergency button on the Passcode screen viewable by sighted helpers?
I don't know. It might be a bug with VO or something, but for me also, raise to speak for Siri has been removed from the settings as well. Maybe Sprint removed that stuff? - Original Message - From: Esther Levegnale To: viphone@googlegroups.com Sent: Monday, March 16, 2015 5:52 PM Subject: Re: If Passcode is ennabled and screen curtain is on, is the Emergency button on the Passcode screen viewable by sighted helpers? The Emergency Button is present on my iPhone 6+ in the locked screen. I wonder why it's not on the 6? Esther Levegnale Sent from Esther's Amazing and Awesome iPhone 6+! I don't have such a button on mine in the lock screen. Touch ID is probably fast enough that it isn't needed anyways,, but all that is there is the usual status stuff, any uncleared notifications, and the unlock button you would use if you want to type the code manually. - Original Message - From: Joseph Hudson To: viphone@googlegroups.com Sent: Monday, March 16, 2015 3:55 PM Subject: Re: If Passcode is ennabled and screen curtain is on, is the Emergency button on the Passcode screen viewable by sighted helpers?
