Dark sky is accessible and was just purchased by Apple. There was a statement
by dark sky stating that after July 2020, the app will no longer be available
for purchase.

I had Dark Sky on my phone but deleted it because it is not very voice over
friendly. I agree, Weather Gods is the best weather app I have tried. It's very
voice over friendly and the developers get it! They fix bugs often
I got it last year and that's what I paid for it.
