Re: Turning Off Alarm Clock
You can also press the power/lock button to turn it off. As mentioned before, if you have snooze turned on, you will need to go into the clock app and physically turn the alarm off. When I do this, I usually wait about 10 seconds before I turn it back on. That part is probably not necessary, but I don't want to trigger the alarm again or cause it to go off again, which has happened a couple of times. Or, there's always that default of Siri too. However, I am not usually awake enough to use Siri, so I just go into the clock. Whatever works though. Hi! If we're talking about stack iOS app I usually stop it by unlocking my device. With 6S Plus and fingerprint it is just one click on the Home button. Actually, I never tried the magic touch so it is also worth a try. Re: Turning Off Alarm Clock
I usually just hit the up volume control, although I imagine pressing either of them will work. Keep in mind that if your alarm is on snooze, pressing the volume only will turn it off until snooze causes it to alarm again. So, I either have to go into clock and turn it off completely, or tell searie to turn off alarm. Turning Off Alarm Clock
Hi all, I've just begun using the clock app as my morning alarm clock. When an alarm goes off, I flick around the screen until I find the OK button and then do a double tap to turn off the alarm. Is there an easier way to turn off an alarm? Thanks. Take care, Ed Przybylek -- The following information is important for all members of the V iPhone list.
