VoiceOver first came in the 3GS, about 2010. Siri is a lot later, around the time of the 5 I think. RE: Who enjoys using ootunes and curious about voice over, the accessibility with the iphone
I know that the first iPhone did not have much accessibility. It wasn't until the iPhone 3G came out. I think that was the model. I can't remember what year. I want to say around 2008 or 2009. Seri wasn't originally part of Apple. I first used it as an app that you had to download. It was real quirky but interesting. Then Apple bought up the company that developed Seri and made it better, much better. -Original Message- From: viphone@googlegroups.comOn Behalf Of Arlene Sent: Tuesday, April 3, 2018 5:53 AM To: viphone@googlegroups.com Subject: Re: Who enjoys using ootunes and curious about voice over, the accessibility with the iphone I'm going to get the ootunes app, that sounds great and also the old time radio. I was just curious, and thinking that maybe voice over was in the first iphones. Did the first iphone have siri in it? Thanks.
