What you are about to read is counter-intuitive, but it works for me.
Please keep us updated on your progress in deleting a favorite.

Once you have selected the Favorite from the "Favorites" tab and have
it playing, double-tap on the "Favorite" button.  This makes no sense,
I know, since you have already marked the station as a favorite.  Once
you have double-tapped on this button, its state will change to
"Unfavorite."  Double-tap the button again, and the station should be
deleted from the "Favorites" list.

David, about a year ago tune and had a big update. I have never been able to 
delete a favorite since then. Someone else may have other answers, but I have 
had no luck in at least a year.
