Hi, One of my employees has an iPhone 6 and he is on a business plan along with my iPhone and that of my wife. For some reason when somebody leaves him a voice mail it shows up in the list of visual voice mail, but it won't play unless he completely turns off his phone and then turns it on again. After that if he goes to the Phone app and the voice mail tab he can play the voice mail. Any ideas as to what might be going on here?
