Another place, at least for me, where I find I need to use screen recognition is with the Apple Store app when I try to read their FAQ. I am in the United States and running iOS 16.3.1 on both an iPhone 12 mini and an iPhone 13 mini, although this problem has actually been occurring for quite some time. If I, say, select an iPhone and go down after all of the color and size selections and get to the bottom where the frequently asked questions are, I can find the expand and collapse buttons and double tap on them and read or collapse the answers, but I can’t read the questions they are actually answering unless I turn on screen recognition first. Of course, given the answers that are shown, I can pretty much tell what’s being answered without turning on screen recognition to confirm the questions.
