Hi

Yep it's Unicode. It speaks the characters as in the dot numbers but
it doesn't Braille anything at all. It's a shame that you can't have
Braille displayed visually whilst getting it displayed on a display at
the same time.

Using my computer, there was no hello, until you said after that line.
So, if those are graphic characters, no.
VoiceOver translates printed characters into braille.
If they are an image, no.
