I used the Braille Edge for several years. The note taker is basic, and works best if the default document type is txt rather than HIMS Braille or BRL. It pairs easily with an iPhone. After 3 or 4 years, I had to send it in for repairs, and found that the mother board needed to be replaced,

I have not use a braille edge. I do have and have used obviously, the brailliant. It connects well. And I prefer its ergonomics to the hymns devices. That is a personal choice. Of course, it has no notetaking ability, and I think the braille edge has a little bit. I’ve only seen it, never
