I am in Portugal and I’m not using a Sim from there. I am actually not using cellular service at all. My husband is not either. Rooming is not listed as an option currently. Amy. Are you using a SIM card and phone/data plan from whatever country you are in? Do you have roaming turned on? Can’t send messages from my phone number
