Go to settings, display and brightness, text size, and on the screen that opens
is a slider at the bottom which is labeled font size which you can slide to
adjust. I have this set to zero on mine and find I'm getting better results
with my iPhone 6 using VoiceOver which you wouldn't think would
stupid question, but where do you change the system fonts? Under accessibility
under the vision heading? I have larger text set to off.

You go to Settings\Display and Brightness and in here, there's a
button for Text size. Double tap this and there's a picker that you
can change it, I believe, in 10% increments. You want it on 27% or
less.

Notifications! No longer do I have to dread going one by one and getting rid of
each notification. Now that I have change my my text size to 27%, I am able to
