Hello, This usually happens when the person sending the message is not already in the receiver's contact list or the sender is using a phone number that is not listed in the receiver's contact entry for that person. If this is the case, create a contact entry for the sender with the shown phone number or edit the existing one to reflect the new phone number and then, the message should show up with the name instead of the number.
