I was needing to know and wondering how to get the contact shortcut or icon
to show bac up on the main home screen on my IPhone 5 as seems to have
disappeared or been moved somewhere else as it's there on the phone in the
extra folder an I'm able to access all my contacts on the phone
First move the app out of the extras folder.
First double tap and hold on the app.
Next once voiceover says moving contacts move it until voiceover says outside
of extras folder hold finger for 5 seconds to close.
Next once the folder is closed and the app is out of the extras folder you have

If you have a Bluetooth external keyboard you will have a much easier time
completing the task of moving apps between screens.
