Well, the subject line says it all. My phone works fine when I have earbuds
plugged in, but when they're not connected I can't get any sound. I have
powered my phone off and back on and have done a reset several times. Any
other ideas?

Hi Denise, lots of times when you put your earbuds in the volume goes down on
the phone. Hold your volume up in and as you do so with volume up button held
swipe your finger on the phone as if you were looking to the right or left then
you can hear voice over get louder as your volume button is
The volume for the headphone jack and the speakers are separate. When
the earbuds are not plugged in, do a two finger swipe up to get
VoiceOver to read the screen and then start holding down your volume up
button. Hopefully this will fix the problem.
