An update to my issue.
Unfortunately a haptic cannot be used for the Home button to activate Siri,
according to Apple support. Also I have a corrupt Sounds and Haptics folder
in the Settings app. I'm missing a setting / Button called System Haptic
that's supposed to be at the very bottom of the list and supposedly this is
why I can't get a haptic to work for the Home button for anything.

Haptics there are several options in here, but none of them are titled, Home
button. Can someone which of these options are specifically for the Home
