Ah, yes. I couldn't figure out what issue the original poster was talking
about, but I've noticed that, too. Also scrolling by heading is problematic.
It's irratic when scrolling down by heading. It consistantly skips the
description, at least. It's not always consistant where it goes, but
I’m also facing the same issue in Amazon app in India
I hope in next update they will rectify this bug

on the phone with 3 different people. The last person sent a form up hopefully
to app developer with the problem. In the meantime the workaround is to turn
voice over off when focused on the use this address button
