Re: Help from Amazon Fwd: Your Amazon.com Inquiry

2019-01-22 Thread englishrider91
Ah, yes. I couldn't figure out what issue the original poster was talking
about, but I've noticed that, too. Also scrolling by heading is problematic.
It's irratic when scrolling down by heading. It consistantly skips the
description, at least. It's not always consistant where it goes, but scrolling
back up then down by heading works. It's temporary, though; you'll have to do
the workaround on each page you visit in the app. This also happens when you
accidentally scroll past the FAQ heading. If you try to scroll back up to that
heading, focus jumps up to a random heading.

Thanks,
Ari

Re: Help from Amazon Fwd: Your Amazon.com Inquiry

2019-01-09 Thread regina alvarado

I am hoping Amazon is on the problem with the app. I just spent about an hour
on the phone with 3 different people. The last person sent a form up hopefully
to app developer with the problem. In the meantime the workaround is to turn
voice over off when focused on the use this address button and touch the
screen. It then goes through so it is Amazon's app working with VO that is the
problem. It would be interesting to know if same is true for Droid users, at
least to me. LOL. Anyway that is our workaround for now. Hope that helps anyone
who wants to use the amazon app.
