to talk right away she can tap on the notification she can tap the join call
button and she’ll be in. I think the waiting thing simply means that it’s
waiting for Carol to join

There is no way you can make everyone join. they will have to join on there
own. just go up to the top of the screen and double tap on a group member's
name then you should see the group name and a FaceTime button. If they double
tap on that button they will be in the call.

Recently I've been tapped to act as host for a group FaceTime call for
a group of friends.
I begin the call by double tapping the button in our group text
messages that indicates how many people are in the group. On the next
