It sounds like this is an album with multiple artists listed on it. This is
known as a compilation album. I'm not sure how, but there are ways to deal with
this in iTunes. I would try a Google search on this topic.

I have a CD of a musical entitled Once. I ripped it within iTunes. When I look
for it in iTunes on my PC, only 4 of the 16 tracks are listed. The 4 listed
tracks state the Album title and specify it is the Original Broadway Cast, but
then refers to Various Artists. I'm guessing the problem
On your PC, open itunes and find the Recently Added playlist. With any luck all
the tracks will be listed from your cd. If so, you can highlight them all, Get
Info and change the album title or artist etc for all tracks. Hope that will
sort it!
