I found out that I had to go to manage voices then I could redownload
my purchased voices.

voice dream reader. I can find add voices just fine. I can even go
through the list of voices and find the ones I purchased, but I can't
download them. I keep seeing purchase button dimmed. What am I doing
wrong? I haven't
