There's a shift key in the lower left. Hit that, and 4 becomes a comma, six a
period, 0 a plus. Hit shift again to return to normal.

I'm trying to set up a phone number with a pause for an extension, but can't
figure out how to get a comma, for a pause while waiting for voice mail to
activate before entering the number code.
Can someone please tell me how to do this? I find only the Delete, Star, pound
and number keys.
Hello Keith. When you add phone numbers to contacts, there's a shift key below
the number 7. When you activate this key, the comma appears below the numbers.
You have to press the shift key for each comma you enter. The comma enters a
pause. Each comma increases the pause so you have to play
