How do I get rid of Bump Bump Braille ?

Yes, I gathered as much aftgerwards, but wasn’t sure whether that proviso 
referred to the screenshot of it that may be viewed in iMessages only, or 
the thing itself. I myself haven’t heretofore got rid of a sticker pack 
either; so I think that would be something maybe good to know or learn how 
to do. .

I got it from the main App Store, not the iMessages App Store (where you get 
stickers, etc.), and I couldn’t find it in the iMessages App Store anyway. 
When you compose a message it appears in the options in the same row (near 
bottom of screen) near Dropbox. Double-tap opens it; and double-tap-and-hold 
also selects/opens it.

You cannot find it because it is a sticker pack for iMessages, not an app. In 
the app store it says:Only on iMessage So, however one would get rid of a 
sticker pack, is how you would do that.
I have no idea since I've never tried to deal with a sticker pack.
