At 120Hz, everything from scrolling through the UI to playing fast-paced games feels buttery smooth. However, it comes at the cost of your battery performance. While the entire iPhone 13 lineup already offers incredible battery life, you can extend it further on the Pro models by limiting the refresh rate to 60Hz. Fortunately, Apple makes this easy to do so. Here, we'll look at how you can disable 120Hz on your iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max. Disable 120Hz on the iPhone 13 Pro in Accessibility Settings Apple has hidden the option to turn off high refresh rate in the iOS Accessibility settings. Here, you'll find the toggle for Low Power Mode at the top. 4. Alternatively, you can toggle Low Power Mode from the iOS Control Center.
