I know I should know this, but I don't.
I was on hold with call 1, when call 2 came in. I reflexively did a 2 finger
double tap, thus hanging up on Call 1, and there was no longer a Call 2.
When on a call, and a second call comes in that one wants to answer, what's the
process for doing so
