Depending on where in the world you are, I keep track of most of my
medications through the Walgreens app in the US. I can view a list of
medications along with their doses, and get them refilled from within
the app. There is a medication that I take once per week, and for that
I use the built-in reminders or tasks in the Fantastical free version,
but the reminders app could also suffice. I like this setup since when
I mark the task as complete, it disappears from the current day and
moves to the next week automatically. Walgreens has pill reminders,
but I've had hit and miss success with it. It would work great and
then I would not be reminded to take my medication for one or more
weeks.

Reminder. It's made by Sergio Licea and is very accessible with VoiceOver.
As always, I recommend people check on Applevis in case people have found

Yes, thanks for that, That is the exact app I am refering to. It has gone up in 
price since the three years I have had it for. Sorry, Its been that long since 
I purchassed it, All I had to refer to was the homescreen icon.

I NEED AN APP QUITE URGENTLY, PLEASE!

I know there used to be various apps around that transposed the key of 
an song into something more realistic for those who were to sing it ...  
If you use one that you can recommend or let me know of any that you 
have used or heard about, I'd be most grateful.
