Re: IT REALLY WORKS AND A CAUTION

2018-12-01 Thread regina alvarado

Oh yes it works! My condolences for the embarrassment! I have had my watch call
emergency services um maybe three times! It even called when the watch was off
my wrist! I called AccessibilitY, and they told me to turn all the settings off
and back on and then hard reboot the watch by holding the crown button and the
side button. They also routed my watch info to Apple for the engineers to
monitor. Well, it has been almost three weeks since the watch has called
emergency. So, you might try those things. I am left handed and my watch is on
that wrist. You also may want to try putting it on your opposite wrist from the
one you are using for conducting. This I have not been successful doing, but it
is a thought. Now if I can stop calling SOS on my phone ... Think I am not
catching the little dunk when I am turning off my phone because of my hearing
loss. So, I avoid turning off my phone but for dire need. LOL. I am getting to
be known by Zephyrhills finest in more ways than just phone or watch, story not
Apple related!

God said, "I need somebody strong enough to pull sleds and find bombs, yet
gentle enough to love babies and lead the blind. Somebody who will spend all
day on a couch with a resting head and supportive eyes to lift the spirits of a
broken heart." So God made a dog.

The trouble is, in my case it wasn't a fall but an attempt to act as conductor
at our evening song practice. There I was sitting on an arm chair, beating time
vigorously, and then the watch on my wrist came into action. Yes, I was through
to emergency with a number of friends listening in!

I have realised that I must never use my left hand as a drumb whilst wearing my
watch.

Be careful, everyone, but be prepared to explain (or not) about the music
practice which resulted in such an action!

Hey, I really enjoyed the story. I’m sure it was rather embarrassing two.
But I would never have thought of such a result. You never know what’s
going to happen when you are just having a good time. Thanks for the good
story.
