I just got a quote for a new heating and cooling system which comes with a Sensi Thermostat standard. Is the app to control the Sensi accessible? If it is not the installer said installing one of the radio Thermostat's should not be a problem. Note a Nest is not really an option since placing it in a place where you would get foot traffic would also put it in direct sunlight so I don't want to pay an extra $100 for automatic programming I can not use.
