That sounds a little like what I was looking for; I am after a clock
app where you can use a vibration option to learn the time. If I want
the time spoken I can touch the status bar. I have another app called
Hourly Chime that chimes on the hour between certain hours of the day.

days. Still am. There used to be an app that did what you want it to do. It was
called Chime. I say that there used to be because it's no longer in the app
store. It was pretty good. You could set it to make sounds,
